ReplyDeletePeople are egoistic and selfish. Everyone should think about the further consequences for cloned people: They have to live with the idea that they are created to match up to the other´s best features. People who hope they can create a duplicate of, say, a lost child may be setting up that clone for heartbreak but there are a lot of other possibilities! We should find other ways of coping with the pain of loss. We shouldn´t play god! We have to accept the fate, the uniqueness of every single life which is something precious. Death ist part of life! Circle of nature has to be respected. Cloning is inhuman because it causes new suffering for the clone and the people who ordered to clone. We should know that every life is precious in god´s eyes and that one is not worthier than the other. Handicaped people shouldn´t be discriminated by showing them that they aren´t worthy enough to life by choosing the babies sex, intelligence and interests. AND there are a lot of risks we have to think about. Upbringing and environmnet could turn an Einstein clone into an other Adolf Hitler. Another aspect is that a lot of tries to clone animals failed.
